  • Vegetables: As you could guess, you need to increase your vegetable intake. Dark leafy greens are ideal. Broccoli, kale, spinach, and brussel sprouts are rich in fiber, potassium, calcium, folate, and other essential vitamins. The fiber helps rid the body of toxins and improve your blood sugar levels, too.
  • Water: You want to stay hydrated as it improves every function in the body, including removing toxins and improving blood flow. It’s recommend that you get eight 8oz glasses of water per day, but getting more than this is perfectly fine, especially if you exercise.
